MSC PROMOTION REQUESTS

All promotional requests must be submitted 4 weeks before the first promotion date. Requests for announcements, print materials and other design for ministries must be submitted using the Event/Promotion Request Form. You certainly may do so earlier. It is preferable that as many details as possible are submitted. An event or campaign will not necessarily be promoted earlier than three weeks before the event date.

MSC EVENT REQUESTS

All requests to host ministry specific events and gatherings must be submitted 4 weeks before the first date of promotion using the Event/Promotion Request Form. You certainly may do so earlier. It is preferable that as many details as possible are submitted. Final details, if unavailable can be added closer to the date. An event or campaign will not necessarily be promoted earlier than three weeks before the event date. 

·      50 or fewer attendants

Events with an expected attendance of 50 or fewer people can be coordinated and organized, on or off campus, without the assistance of the Director of Communications & Events, if all other proper planning of event logistics and promotions has been approved.

·      50 or more attendants

Events with an expected attendance of 50 or more people must be coordinated and organized, on or off campus, by the Director of Communications & Events unless otherwise approved.  

The Director of Communications & Events must approve all room specific requests in collaboration with Mercy Street, Inc. for special events. The following rooms/areas are available to Mercy Street Church for use: The Café, The Library, The Studio, Auditorium, and outside areas surrounding the Mercy Street building.

MSC WEBSITE REQUESTS

Deadline for general website submissions or changes are Tuesday of every week. Requests must be submitted using the Website Submission Form. Most website requests can be fulfilled that same week (if not the same day); however, some requests may take more time or may involve more people.

OPT-OUT PHOTO RELEASE FORM

If an adult or parent/guardian requests that their image or that of their minor(s) be excluded from an MSC publication, please download this form and have them complete it. You can submit the form to info@mercystreetchurch.org and the appropriate persons will be notified. Note: This will be made available to the public once our website has been updated.

MSC LOGOS + BRAND identity 

Do not alter the design of the church logo. Do not stretch or crop the logo for any reason. That includes changing the fonts, colors or graphics. The MSC logo or some other form of identifier should be displayed on every item intended for external distribution or consumption with the exception of MSC email or social media platforms.
